3-4 (Journal-page/journal-page)
5-6 (Zoomed-Landhex/Zoomed-Landhex)
7-8 (Square-Graph/Square-Graph)

1) 3 ring hole-punch
2) Coil Binding
3) ARC Ring binding (as pictured)
4) or send to printing company that makes booklets
